$4M Lottery Jackpot: Harwich Man's Keno Win Pushed Him To Buy Grand-Prize Scratch-Off Ticket A Massachusetts man turned his Keno winnings into a $4 million scratch-ticket jackpot. Jose Valerio of Harwich won the grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s $10 “100X” game after using money he won playing Keno to buy the ticket. Valerio chose the lump-sum option and will receive $2.6 million before taxes. He plans to use the winnings to buy a home. He purchased the winning ticket at Main Street Market, 715 Main St. in Harwich. The store will receive a $40,000 bonus for selling it. One $4 million grand-prize ticket remains in circulation.

Father Of 2 ID'd As Victim In Fatal Framingham Hit-And-Run: 'Very Hard Worker, Honest, Caring' A 39-year-old Massachusetts father of two has been identified as the victim of a deadly hit-and-run.  Ronan Nunes De Oliveira, of Framingham, was found near 180 Irving St. at about 9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, after a driver struck him and sped away. The Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office identified him as the victim Tuesday. Framingham police officers gave Nunes De Oliveira medical care at the scene. Melissa Page, 45, of Willington, received a three-year prison sentence on Aug. 18, 2026, Tolland Judicial District State’s Attorney Craig P. Nowak announced Tuesday, Aug. 25. The judge suspended the sentence after she serves 16 months.
